  Stephanie did my brow lamination and it looks amazing!! She is so gentle, talented and a great conversationalist. She listened to my preferences and put so much effort into making sure I loved my brows and felt confident and comfortable. I 100% recommend her and the services at this brow bar!! I will be returning for a wax and tint soon to accompany my lamination but it looks perfect as it is :)

  Appointment started very late, and the entire service wasn't completed due to said late start. The brow tech seemed inexperienced and unsure throughout the appointment, and wasn't fully prepared (eg: didn't know how to adjust the light, didn't have clean tools ready and had to make trips to the back). She was also easily flustered and forgot things.
