  Lucine, at Sephora Cambridge, is a 12 out of 10!! She is super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She has repaired my brows from being over plucked, they are now full and even. I truly enjoy our visits! Thank you Lucine!!!

  I had such an amazing experience at the Brow Bar in Sephora Cambridge Centre, all thanks to Lucine! I came in feeling incredibly nervous due to a previous bad brow experience years ago, however Lucine immediately put me at ease with how warm, patient, and communicative she was throughout the session. I loved how she walked me through every step, checked in with me throughout the process, and really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted especially when she was mapping my brows! She was so reassuring and made sure I felt comfortable before doing anything, which I truly appreciated. My brows turned out perfect — clean, natural, and shaped exactly to my face. You can tell Lucine genuinely cares about her work and her clients, and that level of care made all the difference. I left feeling confident and so happy with my brows.
