  On September 13th, I went to the MAC store in Park Royal. I brought my finished lipstick and asked for exactly the same number. The consultant checked the number, assured me they had the same one, and gave me a new lipstick. Meanwhile, she scratched off the number on my old lipstick with her nail. At home, I found that while the shade was the same, the texture and finish were different. It was a different lipstick. . I believe the consultant deliberately scratched off the number so I couldn’t return it. I consider this fraud, and I’m warning customers to be cautious.
