  I visited the store to pick out a new lip color for spring, but the staff looked annoyed and displeased. When I asked if something was wrong, she said no. I've been there a few times, but this was the first time I experienced such unfriendliness

  Went in for a lip pencil. I had misplaced my favourite one, and it was down to a nubbin. Went in and was helped to find a replacement and the person helped me pick “whirl”. Found the nubbin- it was “whirl”! Amazing! Pro level help! It’s a great daily liner - goes on smooth and doesn’t bleed on the edges. Great product.

  Damn, spent $400 in one visit. Earlier this year. The worst customer service and just plain bad am attitude from staff I have ever seen in a Mac Store....Made me go into Sephora instead

  Katie Lopes was wonderful. She has great customer relation skills and excellent knowledge of the products. She helped me, a non maker up user, find a subtle look for my upcoming wedding. I really enjoyed my experience in the store. She was great.
