  The. BEST. MAC. store. Like the one in Richmond is alright, and the one in Eaton centre is nah, but this is the best one. Employees are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and the vibe is nice. Coming back again 100%

  I stopped going to Sephora and started going to MAC Cosmetics. This girl that legitimately looks the Hailey Bieber, was gonna go on her break, but took it late to show me how to apply a liquid liner. Now that's going out of your way to make them happy and come back. Thanks again Isabella.

  Got two lipsticks on lipstick day . Aaron J helped me to decide the lipstick i wanted . It was a great experience for me , i was asked what i was looking for and was helped thoroughly. The service was not rushed at all even though i had to hurry up but honestly, if someone is looking for a good shopping experience for makeup , this is the store for you . Big thanks to Aaron .

  I want to start by saying that I find MAC's professional makeup services can be hit or miss. In the past, I've had some incredibly talented artists there and have left very happy with the results. It had been a year or two since my last professional makeup appointment, so I was looking forward to this one. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing. During the appointment, I noticed Jane's hands had a strong odor, which made me concerned they hadn't been washed before applying my makeup. I felt uncomfortable enough that I asked her if she could please wash or sanitize her hands. She did wash them after I asked, but I shouldn't have had to request basic hygiene during a professional makeup application. Unfortunately, the service itself was equally disappointing. No primer was applied before my makeup, the winged eyeliner was noticeably crooked, and my eyebrows were brushed straight downward, which wasn't flattering and wasn't the look I had requested. Overall, the makeup looked rushed and did not meet the standard I would expect from a professional makeup artist. After the appointment, I also developed acne that I hadn't been experiencing beforehand. While I can't say for certain what caused it, it added to my concerns about the hygiene practices during the service. Overall, this was the worst professional makeup application I've ever received. I'm sharing this review because I hope it encourages better hygiene practices and greater attention to detail, as I know from previous experiences that MAC is capable of providing excellent service.

  Shoutout to Jordan!!! I came in a couple of weeks ago looking for help with my undertone and she was SO helpful. I've spent a few years trying to figure it out, and as a very pale redhead its been very confusing 🫤 Even after trying different undertones myself, listening to online advice and even having a personal makeup lesson - my foundation undertone always seemed off and just greyed my face. Within a couple of minutes, Jordan was able to figure it out and im so grateful!! Turns out i have a yellow undertone and am on that side of the colorwheel (even tho im very pale). Once we started testing out foundation and concealers i could see it worked with me perfectly and finally felt like for once a foundation didnt dull my face or make me orange👌🏼 I also loved how although i didn't buy anything initially, she really took the time to understand my preferences and what would work with me best. I'm still testing out my samples she gave me, but i will be back in soon to pick a few things up :) Thanks for your help again Jordan
