  I had a worst experience at this store. Its been years since I am buying my cosmetics from them. But today the blonde lady was so rude whole time poker face stare . If you have a baby or toddler don’t visit the store because the experience will be unpleasant and unwelcoming especially if you see a dyed blonde hair lady in the store. She was so terrible she didn’t let other co worker help us. If someone is not comfortable with you they are not buying your words. You need to build credibility to win someones trust which you lost at the first poker stare.

  I was also treated rudely by a blonde (dyed), three times! The same woman. She acted bored, disinterested and impatient with me twice while I was trying to buy! I went back 2 weeks later to ask about a product I had purchased which she said would last 2-3 months and it lasted less than 2 weeks! She made a snide comment to embarrass me, which it did. She was so nasty I never want to go back. As much as I like the products at MAC, I think I’ll visit Sephora.

  Amazing experience at Tsawwassen I was looking for a shade similar to one the company discontinued, the young lady helping me had no idea what shade I was referring to. She says don’t worry we have a lady here who knows every colour! She goes and gets this lady, this lady did in fact know the exact tones I would like based off my previous fav! I’ll be back to shop here!
