  I had an incredible experience with the assistant manager who did my make up. I lost her card and forgot her name immediately, but she did my make up for a wedding that was themed and it was incredible. It stayed all day. She was so fun and I got a new foundation and brush because of how well it all looked on me. Major major shout out. I can be difficult and picky and she was amazing. I’m sorry I forgot her name. 😭😭😭

  I got a makeup lesson from Carly. She explained things nicely and had a positive attitude. I enjoyed her service and learned a lot from her.

  I had a wonderful experience at the Mac Store, and I especially want to appreciate Shree for assisting me. Shree was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. They took the time to understand what I needed and explained everything clearly, making my experience easy and comfortable. Thank you, Shree, for your excellent customer service and for going above and beyond to help me. Your friendly attitude and professionalism truly made a difference. I really appreciate your help and would definitely recommend Shree to anyone looking for great service at the Mac Store!

  I had such a wonderful experience at MAC, thanks to Shahin! She was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. Shahin was patient, professional, and genuinely passionate about helping me find the right products. Her customer service was exceptional, and she made my shopping experience so enjoyable.   I came in within the hour of opening. I bought a bunch of stuff online that didn’t match my skin tones and Carly was super helpful to show me all the shades I came in looking for. She was the only one on the salesfloor and when it picked up, I told her I was ok if she needed to help/greet other customers. She then made sure to check in on me afterwards and spend time helping me finalize my exchanges. Carly has great energy and I’m glad I came to this location because I usually feel so confused in make up stores. Thanks Carly for your help :)
