  I had an appointment at the Grandview location for brow tint care with a very nice young lady named Sammi. I like what she did to my brows. I am glad Sephora has knowledgeable people on staff like Sammi.

  Excellent customer service with Luke and Ohmika. Love the mascara Luke chose. Love my eyebrows that Ohmika tinted and waxed.

  Unfortunately I went to Alisha again thinking she will do the same thing again but she messed it up :( I went all the way to guildford for her specifically and I’m sad to find out it’s not consistent work. Be careful to approve the shape. I rushed into it and my eyebrows do not grow and they are messed up , I waited so long to grow my hairs back and she took it off. The shape is messed up. It’s really disappointing because my eyebrows do not grow anymore at all. Idk what she was thinking, she completely messed it up. I wish I didn’t trust but the shape is really ruined. The thickness was not retained. I was working hard to grow it back sh etook it off she changed the shape of my eyebrow and did a horrible job. The length of my brow was significantly shortened. Sad second visit /(
