  Just wanted to share my experience at the store two days ago. I am not someone who leaves negative reviews unless they have a really really bad time. Nothing against MAC cosmetics, I am even a Mac lover and constantly find myself repurchasing their products. I went in right after the store opening in the morning and I just started my morning, but the Asian makeup artist/sales person had a very condescending tone. She almost snapped a compact shut on my finger. When my mother asked that she wanted to get a shade lighter than her skin tone, she said, of course, some people like it .. which seemed nice and inclusive, but then she rolled her eyes and laughed. Not in a nice way, but more so mocking her. She was clearly pissed and this kind of customer service tends to drive people away. I immediately made up an excuse, and we walked out of the store and bought the same product from another makeup store in the mall. Won’t be going back to the store. Started my day on such a bad note. I genuinely hate leaving bad reviews, but I debated for days before posting this. I have never had a bad experience at a MAC store, but this one made me really sad.

  In my belief, Mac is truly Magic! I had exceptional experience with Ariel the makeup artist who from the moment the appointment began. It was so clear, the passion, love and pride Ariel takes with his incredible talent. My expectations were surpassed with his knowledge, skills and abilities. His knowledge of products was outstanding and he knew exactly what to use and recommend for hydration, face, eyes and lips. He took the time to explain each step and allowed me the time to examine and ask questions. The expertise and attention to detail gave me complete confidence throughout the appointment. Each product was applied with precision and a critical eye, from skin prep, blending, contouring, highlighting and OH my GOODness! LIPS Totally Gorgeous! What impressed me the most was his commitment to perfection, never rushing, checking every detail including how I was feeling. Mac is so fortunate to have Ariel as a MUA. I left feeling better than I walked in and grateful for the customer care he provided. All the staff at this store have been terrific in everyday imaginable. Thank you so much Ariel your are AWESOME!

  I went to Mac store this evening. With a lot of customers and there was only 1 lady working at that moment. She handled the situaltion professionally and gracefully. She also gave me great recomendations on lip products. Satified with services and products. 🫶

  Claudette was an absolute star and made our experience amazing! She took the time to get to know us, what we liked on our skin and what suits us best. Her personality was also stellar! Highly recommend this location!
