  Excellent! I always leave having awesome brows! The key is staff take their time, knowledgeable and use the mapping technique.

  Overall, she did a good job and both sides look even. The only thing I wasn’t fully happy with was that more hair was taken off than I usually prefer, and the mapping or plan wasn’t shown to me beforehand. I would suggest that moving forward, it could be really helpful to show clients what you’re planning to do before proceeding, just so expectations are fully aligned.

  If I could leave a 0/5 i would. The customer service at this location IS horrible. Yukta answered the phone during my appointment. As well as barely touched my eyebrows to the point I had to redo them at home. If you want actual service DO NOT GO here.
