Jamie C at MAC Cosmetics was awesome! I am new to makeup and she took the time to perfectly match my undertones, explain why certain shades worked for me, and showed me exactly how to apply everything myself. She spent over an hour testing different products with me and making sure that I was happy.
She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about helping clients feel confident. She is a huge asset to the store and deserves recognition!

I went to mac store today and bought one lip shade and lip balm and then i just returned that because i had got some other options and then again i wanted to buy the same thing from them but the guy with mascara behaved too rudely to us and asked us to leave the store and he said i can’t let you buy things today here. That was ridiculous. Please if you’re not able to handle the customers don’t let them in. Thanks!

I bought things worth almost $240 3weeks ago, they packed and left one FIX+ MULTITASKING SETTING SPRAY. The guy who first served me was amazing during the point of sale. When I got home, I discovered that they had left it out, yet I had paid for it. I called the store to let them know that they didn’t pack it. The lady on the phone confirmed with their inventory that they had not packed it. I advised them that I will come to pick it up at my earliest free time. Today, I managed to go there. They were so disrespectful, Daniel (David), the same person who was so good during the point of sale with another rude lady served me. They denied the fact, I advised them to check in my account, gave my email and phone, they stated they cannot confirm that I bought the staff on the date and that they cannot reprint the receipt. Luckily, I had my e-receipt. I told them to go back to their calls, finally they said they confirmed that the lady I spoke to is not working today but they just called her and confirmed the fact. The worse thing they did was to give me tester opened spray, marked as final sale and they rudely told me it will be final sale. I always had amazing encounters with Mac agents but these two were really off. I wish they can respect their customers in every way
