  Went in with two perfectly good brows that needed their monthly maintenance. Left with a horror story on my face that will take god knows how long to grow back. Benefit, care to explain why I’m missing chunks of my actual brows that should be there, while the bottoms still haven’t been properly waxed?? Why would you just chop off parts of my brows and leave them patchy when they were perfectly filled in naturally? If your technicians don’t know what they’re doing, they shouldn’t be experimenting on real people who have to live with the consequences.

  Hanna did my lamination, tint, wax and I’ve never been so happy with my brows! She did an amazing job and so kind too! I highly recommend coming down to Mayfield to see her for your brows!

  Absolutely terrible, I have bald spots on both eyebrows because she plucked in the middle of them for some reason, they are thinner and look worse than before, I have a break out where she waxed and I want a refund. terrible.
