  From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted immediately by the friendly staff of the Mayfield Common store Scott and the lady associates went out of their way to help me find a product I forgot the name of and they were super patient and with some info from me and were able to find the item also when I inquired about getting an appointment for the brow bar Hanna brow associate and staff were very helpful and was able to set me up with an appointment like right away no wait time she did a great job and communicated with me throughout the appointment and I love the results Thx Hanna I must say it had been sometime since the 1st time I visited the store and I’m glad I went I definitely will be returning for future appointments and shopping Thx Mayfield Common associates you made my day See you again soon!   I got my lip and eyebrow wax from McKenna and she also tinted my eyebrows. She was so friendly and she did such a good job! She made sure she got all the hairs and tweezed both my lip and my eyebrows after waxing. She took her time when shaping my eyebrows and made sure to check in throughout the service to make sure things were going well and I was happy with how things were looking. She asked lots of questions to make sure she knew exactly what I was wanting. 11/10 would 100% recommend!

  I had Emily do my brow lamination and she did amazing for my time doing my eyebrows. I am definitely coming back to her :)

  Emily was amazing, and I’ll definitely be seeing her again in a few weeks. She explained the process thoroughly and always asked if there were any other changes I’d like for my eyebrows before proceeding. AMAZING!!! AMAZING!!! AMAZING!!! Thanks, Emily! 😊
