  I am plain pretty. No style. No make up. I was ignored by sales staff at Sephora. Only followed by security. I needed dramatic color for eyes for chasing summer. I felt welcome in the store. It was well organized & clean. I know nothing of make up. The sales lady was so helpful & attentive. She had other customers & friends purchasing. I felt like I had time to peek at all the products. Do colour swatches. The sales lady gave me a make up wipe & apologized I waited so long. I was covered in make up. Only after finding out she gets commission I decided to get a 2nd item. I got gifts with my purchase. I need a more quiet sales experience. I wasn't disregarded as a customer due to how I look. Cashier 1000199 aga I believe

  I usually get good products from this store but LAST WEEK... I was given a BROKEN pump on my foundation on my last visit. Luckily, I could use my old one but I will not be shopping there again due to DISHONESTY!
