  Tammy for the win! However, everyone did their part at car quest to make it happen. I called 4 other parts dealers. No listing. Nobody had anything. Tammy did though. She went the extra mile. Did the research so a customer is happy. Thank you for everything!

  The girl at the front counter has a MAJOR attitude problem. My dad sent me in to get parts and he already called prior to me going to make sure they were in stock. When I got to the store, I asked the lady if they had them and said that my dad called and made sure and showed her the parts that we needed. She asked me the year of the car and I said 2012. I gave her the money and she rolled her eyes, saying “it’s gonna all be mostly change” and walked away while THROWING the receipt at my sister and I. She then went to the back to get the parts and came out throwing them in the counter then went to the back again. When we got to the car I noticed that the receipt said 2014 for the year so we checked to make sure the part would fit. It was to long. My sister went back in and told her they weren’t right as they were to long and was for a 2014 not a 2012. The girl said “it will work” my sister took the new parts out of the box and lined it up with the old part that we had brought in to show her they were different sizes. The lady said “it will still work” until another girl came over and said “yeah that won’t work.” The lady then said “your dad said 2014 on the phone” my sister replied with “that shouldn’t matter as you asked my sister for the year and she said 2012 in the store” the lady rolled her eyes and blamed it on the computer system glitching and started mumbling about how the “computers are junk.” It’s the lady with strawberry blonde hair with an underfade. If you go in here and see her double check your parts before leaving and be prepared to deal with attitude for your whole experience there.
