  Ordered touch up paint from them. Ended up taking an extra day to get it. I was told I’d be called when it’s ready. Ended up getting hung up on once and put on hold the second time. When I spoke to the guy he told me I’d have to reorder it since it’s not there. When they finally found it when they put it in the wrong spot in the store he quickly took me off hold told me it’s here and immediately hung up. Throughout this I was attempting to get a refund so I could go to a different location with better customer service but was told i probably can’t get a refund since it’s pre made paint. At that point they had no idea where the paint was

  Overall....like most of the major suppliers...you have to shop around manufactured parts....Car Quest is one I frequently call....things have gone downhill for parts quality over the years but it seems to.be the same everywhere.... They sell Die Hard Batteries here...the staff have been graciously accepting my warranties Batteries as they seem to burn out excessively fast...unlike when I bought this brand years ago....this winter ive gone through 3...bought the Platinum top of the line too....It screams Made in Mexico now...... and the returns shows it...Ifbthey were made in Canada...they'd last...or like the old ones I'd buy that were made in Germany... You can see the decrease in quality...
