I visited Carquest Auto Parts last week and had a pretty disappointing experience. I dealt with a counter employee named William after waiting in line, and unfortunately his attitude really stood out, in a bad way. While I was waiting, I could hear him speaking to both customers and other employees in a rude and snarky tone. When it was my turn, the interaction felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. Customer service makes a big difference, especially in a place where people may already be stressed about car issues, so this was frustrating. I hope management addresses this because it definitely impacts the overall experience.

On hold 40 minutes, I gave up. I asked if they sold water pump gaskets , nothing specific, just asked if they sold gaskets. I was put on hold 40 minutes before I gave up. Should have been a simple yes or no. If they do it's definitely a popular item. The guy on Sunday is incredibly under qualified. Terrible experience.
Terrible service, called about a part for my truck, said they had in stock . Drove all the way there and they in fact did not have in stock. Do better carquest. Recommended confirming the part is in stock before telling me to come and pick it up.

Well trained and co-operative staff.found every thing i needed
