    My company faced a challenge with equipment that could not be rectified on a timely basis with the equipment manufacturer. Expecting serious downtime as a result, our Construction Manager suggested Whitelaw Automotive as a potential source for the critical part we needed. True to their reputation, between the Woodstock location and a smaller Cambridge site, they jumped to aid us in our time of need. Delivery to the local site was coordinated seamlessly and efficiently. Aside from a small hiccup, we received our machine part, implemented the repair and were back in business in a reasonable time frame. Hats off to Randy for his immediate assistance, coordination of the solution, and a friendly thank you as I left the store. NICE WORK, Randy!!
