  To whoever runs this place, I am a longtime customer and I have never been so angry in all my years dealing with auto shops. 😡😡 I brought my car into Carquest expecting a simple repair, and after Jayden worked on it, nothing but trouble followed. The first thing I noticed was that my power steering stopped working properly. Then, not long after, I had major transmission problems that left me stranded and furious. 😠 I’ve been driving cars longer than this young fellow has probably been alive, and I know when something isn’t right. On top of that, I noticed the change I kept in my coffee holder was gone. It wasn’t much, but it was mine. My mother’s hair clip, which had sentimental value to our family, also disappeared. That upset me more than I can put into words. 😡 I also remember Jayden’s eyes looking very red when I spoke with him. I don’t know why, but it didn’t leave a good impression. Frankly, this whole experience was unacceptable. I’ve spent decades working hard for what I own, and I expect people to treat customers and their vehicles with respect. Do better. 😠👎 A very unhappy customer. 😡🚗💨
