  Buyers beware: My husband had a very disappointing experience with this store due to a completely misleading return policy. At the time of purchase, the associate clearly told him that I could make a “return,” which to any reasonable customer means getting your money back. There was absolutely no clear explanation that this actually meant store credit only. My husband bought a purse for me, and my phone ended up not fitting. When he went back to return the item, he was told he could only receive in-store credit. The manager even said, “I’ll give you a return, in store credit,” which is not a return — that’s an exchange. Using that kind of language is misleading and feels intentionally deceptive. And flat out RUDE. To make matters worse, when we reached out to corporate, they responded by saying their associates properly explained the policy. That is simply not true. The wording used at the store level was unclear and gave a false impression of their return policy. Between the misleading communication and the dismissive, rude response from the manager, this experience felt dishonest and frustrating. Customers deserve transparency, not trickery. Zimmerman did the same thing to me but, they made it right and refunded me. As any store with class and respect should do.The associates care more about their commission than the quality service to their customers. I would not recommending shopping here.
