  I don't think some these reviews are fair. I was there yesterday (super busy holiday shopping weekend day). The staff was lovely, helpful, and accommodating. They were patient while I agonized over my selection. Eventually, I got an extremely well-crafted messenger bag for my travel art kit (also very high end, long story). It was wrapped and packaged beautifully while my friends and I enjoyed treats from a local bakery and beverages provided by the staff. Product 10/10, Team 10/10, Packaging 10/10. I'm going to love this bag forever and the experience was delightful! - follow up. I scratched my bag in Mexico City shortly after purchasing 😳 I went in on 1/1/25 and they fixed it for free! Again, I truly think this outlet deserves a better star rating. Don’t listen to the haters Loewe Beverly Hills!

  I love the Loewe brand and am shocked at how complacent the Rodeo staff is. Attention to detail and basic empathy has never been an issue at other Loewe locations. I stopped by to pickup a gift for my friend’s 30th birthday and specifically asked for the tomato CANDLE. The sales associate sold me the home fragrance instead and I hadn’t realized her mistake until my friend opened the gift. I came to exchange the product next day. However, my friend opened the package and they would not take it back. I’m not used to luxury brands making such blatant mistakes and especially not used to such poor customer service. The sales associate was deeply offensive, claiming he couldn’t tell if I had just filled the bottle with water. I told him to spray it himself and see to which he refused. Loewe has a strict no return or exchange policy with liquids since they believe consumers are swapping their fragrances with water, which is insanity because I was never trying to purchase the fragrance, THE SALES ASSOCIATE SOLD ME THE WRONG PRODUCT😭😭😭

  Finally, LA has a flagship Loewe store. Great ambiance, clean and rich colors of interior. Pieces on display are great and unique.
