  The end of the semester

  I entered the restaurant right before lunch rush.they made 2 of my sandwiches&then asked me to wait for my last 2 deli sandwiches until the line moved along. I ended up having to wait an hour before I was helped again.had to have family, 1 being a 92 year old, wait in car for me.the girl had to reask what they had left of my order to make. She told the person on end that id paid already. Was sent on my way.not even given a free cookie.was the 1st in line,ended up being the last in line somehow.loyal 29 year customer here.i would hope someone from the company reaches out to me.i even gave the employees a 10 percent tip when id paid. Lol!jokes on me,cuz they would not have gotten that,had i known theyd be putting me last place. The food was tasty. Thought i was goin to eat with family,but i was able to eat my whole foot long sandwich while waiting for their deli sandwiches. Even more funny, my family was mad at me when id exited the building finally!asking, what! Took! you! so long!you went in first!whyd they help everyone else!i was dumb founded, as i was indeed the 1st customer.but last to be helped. ps, thank you for letting there be so many letters to be typed here. You dont see that very often.

  Walked in to grab a couple of sandwiches and said, "good morning!!" to the male worker and he mumbled it back while grabbing gloves. He did not wash his hands as he was putting on the gloves, I said, I would like a foot long Erb and cheese and he rudely interrupted me and asked what kind of bread 😑, I said back erb and cheese. Told him my sandwich, he did not portion out the tuna he just put some on the bread and moved it along to the veggie side. Well, now the female employee was joyful and ask would I like the ranch and I said, no. She thought it was a chicken bacon ranch and I said what veggies I wanted and it got piled on my sub, no portions where used. Getting to the sauce I said, Mayo mustard please, she mumbled that would have been nice to know first.... and half ass wrapped my sandwich into a wreck. They dont know how to do their job. Super rude and my kids 5 meat was a pile of meat in the middle of the bread with some veggies thrown on. Portions were not correct. Paid $30 for some trash Subway. Do better.....

  3 stars because the older lady was very nice but the woman working with her needs a happier attitude with customers. Like others have said, we felt like a burden

  I dont usually do this but my family can not take this anymore they have horrible customer service! The man and woman in there are always complaining about people when they show up and always acting like everyone is a burden, I have tried to understand that people are not always pleasant to work with, I get it but they have complained enough and were very rude even when we try to lighten up the mood. My family has had enough that until they get rid of those two we are done coming which is sad because wheatland doesn't offer a lot anyways.

  The two people working on Dec 26th were kind, helpful, and positive despite the overwhelming number of people in the store due to Christmas traffic. Great work!
