The guy working alone was great. Give the man a raise and hire at keast 2 if not 3 more people to work the dinner rush.

I would like to commend the little blonde lady working today for her customer service. (*04/15/2026 around 1330.) She had just placed my sandwich in the toaster when an older gentleman walked in and started loudly declaring his order. She had placed sandwich paper down and was listening politely until he said he wanted his sandwich on Wheat bread to which she calmly and politely interjected that the shop didn't currently have wheat bread available and tried listing alternatives. Hearing this the Old Man loudly scoffed at her, threw his hands in the air and dismissed her with a wave of his hand. He then proceeded to stomp out of the restaurant. As a truck driver myself (*as i assume he was as well) I have some sympathy for a man stuck dealing with the displeasures of the day, stopping off briefly to get fuel and a bite to eat only to be told that the thing you want is unavailable. However, we live in a civilized society and although common sense and courtesy are rare nowadays. I would expect someone of his age to act with a bit of decency. Now, some might think I'm overreacting but that's because the story isn't over yet. My sandwich had finished toasting and she was preparing to ask my choice of vegetables when the old man came stomping back into the restaurant and vehemently asked for the stores identification number to which she obliged and his response before stomping back out of the restaurant was to rudely point and shake his finger at her and declare that he would be filing a complaint. During this whole interaction, the young lady was calm, polite, and professional and as soon as it was over she immediately went back to helping me with my sandwich. 10/10- very professional service.

Title: Caution: Severe food poisoning after eating here.
βI am writing this to warn others and alert management. My friend and I visited this location on 04/08/2026 late in the evening and both ordered tuna sandwiches.
βWithin two hours of eating, we both became severely ill with food poisoning symptoms that lasted for the remainder of our trip. It is clear the ingredients were not kept at the proper temperature or were not fresh. This completely ruined our vacation.
βIβve had Subway many times, but the food safety standards at this specific location are clearly lacking. Please look into your refrigeration and food prep protocols immediately so this doesn't happen to anyone else.
