  If I could give less than one star, I would!! tried to mail an overnight package on6/29/26 to Mississippi from Rock Springs paid the highest amount possible to get it there $135 tracked it today and it’s still in Rock Springs. Went to get a refund and she tells me you gotta go to corporate for that. They can’t do it in person. How convenient!!! Tried calling customer service halfway through the process twice on submitting a claim the call, conveniently drops. Be very very aware if dealing with Fedex on Sunset Dr., In Rock Springs no customer service whatsoever.

  Hope you never have to have a package signed for through fed ex, because you'll never hear them knock, and then after that don't even attempt calling them. I spent 30 minutes fighting with whatever Ai automated BS they have, no matter what information I provided, calling multiple times after the automated person HUNG UP on me, it would NOT let me talk to a real person. How frustrating. Terrible delivery, zero true customer service available.

  All of the staff here are very kind and helpful. They have a variety of shipping products here ranging from boxes to packing peanuts.
