  A young kid was working there on a Saturday, wish I would have caught his name. He went above and beyond to help me. Couldn't have asked for better help. He just knew what to do and got it done for me

  I called ahead to let them know I couldn’t get there until right before close which was 3:30 and that’s right when I went to the door and they had locked it anyway. They knew all I had to do was print one piece of paper. They should have just told me I’d be too late so I didn’t drive all the way over. Super unprofessional

  It's such a pain when people to go someplace once leave a rave review. I think they do it so that they can always get what they want from people who might otherwise be difficult. My experience is that I order Amazon and the delivery point is this UPS store if you don't have a way to get it sent to your house. I have three different Amazon accounts and all three have packages that are returning to sender or hopelessly lost. I strongly suspect who is responsible for this but I would not want to name names because, what if I'm wrong? I have food that's very important for medical reasons and also medical items and I guess they decided I made them work too hard and they have a very big problem with that. I wish I was better at worshiping the ground people walk on just so they don't mess with me but apparently I need to work on that like some of the other reviewers here. All packages were in Cheyenne and due to arrive the next day, then gone a week, then returning so it is the the shipper and during the whole evening I spent on the phone with UPS who I was in touch with all over the company this was verified also. They rejected packages from 2 accounts and half of another account. I have untold hours left on the wild goose chase to keep calling more UPS numbers, plus Amazon, as I have to absolutely have these items and can only get them this way. and will lose money on credit card interest for thing I never got in the first place.

  Way better place to pickup your mail than the postal service. Customer service has always been great. Definitely glad that we found this place.
