  Honestly, the second trip in the day was better but not by much. When returning an item the shipping label said poly bag or box FedEx wanted to ship in a clear bag of which that was not an option on the shipping label. They dont cater to having big bags as does UPS so you are forced to buy a box. Customer service was good with the manager, but with the helper he couldn't put his opinions aside and showed aggression it seems for when I wanted it done a certain way.

  John, Avery, amd Shaun have all been fantastic to work with over the past week. No matter if I stopped in while it was slow, or during a busy time, they all made sure to greet me and make me feel welcome. From the sounds of things, John and Shaun are both filling in from Colorado during a transitional phase, but I'd gladly keep my business needs at fedex if the opportunity presented itself to keep Shaun around Laramie. Ill definitely be back to this location soon. Thanks guys!
