  The Best Western in Laramie is at a convenient location right off of 80,the team of representatives are friendly professional and very accommodating. The hotel is very clean they have a nice little pool and hot pool, work out gym, and business center. They serve breakfast in the am included in the price. and snacks available to purchase.The rooms are clean, and comfortable. The security on the premises are excellent, so no issues for their vehicles. The hotel is quiet, and mostly business people stay there. There is handicap parking and accommodations, and an elevator. No pets and no smoking 🚭 I need to mention as of August of 26 they are updating the hotel and rooms, which need a refresh. All in all for the price, this was a great value.

  Good breakfast, very nice staff but the beds were so uncomfortable that we barely slept. The hot tub was so cloudy we couldn't see the steps down into it, I wasn't sure if there were even steps into it and it wasn't hot, just warm. Not a nice way to end the day after a long drive with more driving the next day. I wouldn't stay again.

  I really don’t know how this place has 4 stars, it’s probably how friendly the staff is. It’s definitely not how clean the rooms are or how comfy the beds are. It’s definitely not how clean the pool is or how inviting the water feels. I don’t normally give reviews but this place is just gross. The beds are so uncomfortable, and the cherry on top of it all after a night of no sleep is a shower head that screams at you when you turn the water on. This was not worth the price paid at all. I I would have kept driving if I knew what I was paying for.

  I think this is a great place to stop. Very clean, staff is friendly and they accommodated my special request.

  Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I had zero issues with my two little dogs! They can be barky at hotels when traveling long distances, but they were super comfortable there, which means a lot to me. Brent at the front desk was very kind, as was the other gentleman I interacted with. I did not see his name but he’s tall and thin and had blondish grayish hair. Such a breath of fresh air after Reno and SLC. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was great. Thank you all!
