  I sent a present to a client, one of many, on Jan 7th. Apparently, I had an incorrect address. UPS returned the package to the store on Jan 12th. I received a call from the UPS store today-OCTOBER 7th to let me know that it was returned. While I appreciate getting it back, 8 plus months is beyond ridiculous. Not the first time with returned packages being a problem.

  Having travelled all over the US and used the ‘Hold for pickup’ feature. I don’t recommend this location what so ever.. The usual $7-10 cost has been increased to $20. Given that I pick up packages within the hour of being delivered, it’s abusing a nationwide feature that I’m sure many rely on. Not cool at all

  Overcharged me and wouldn't let me ship bear spray even though I've shipped it with UPS before. Plus the guy at the counter treated me rudely

  they give your packages to other people, including law enforcement if they feel like it. on more than one occasion, they have given my package to another customer and been unable to retrieve it.
