    They can't help when a delivery goes wrong. There is no way to contact a driver or anyone when you should have had something delivered. you can call the hotline and wait on hold to be lied to. Told they would call back in an hour. Then called back an hour later for then to say it'd be tomorrow. The told that was also wrong and it'd be the day after. After paying 89 for next day delivery. Please avoid UPS.
