  I have always avoided this place in the past because it seems like without fail every time I eat there I would get sick, or their customer service was something to be desired. Today, I went there because I needed a quick lunch because the commissary was closed and was honestly quite surprised at the service. Since I ordered the veggie I was asked if they preferred to sanitize the line and change gloves for cross contamination. I know this is done for those with food allergies, and I'm not allergic to anything, but as someone who doesn't eat meat or dairy, this was simply preference. They were even prepared to talk to me about any food allergies. I've never seen any restaurant offer this before! Even restaurants with plant-based meats, the thought if they cooked it on the same grill as the rest of the meat was always one of those things in the back of your mind. They even asked if I was good with how well they sanitized. No sighs of dissatisfaction, no eye rolling or negative attitude, or comments Just great service. I even left saying "wow, that was cool!" To myself as I went back to work. I wish alot more places did this. Thank you, you have turned my opinion of y'all around.

  Food is good. Customer service lacks. No one cares if you made a sign for the "exp card" on your terminal. Do your job and tell the customer that error and not snarl at them because they didnt read your sign. Needs new employees that can offer proper customer service.
