  Rating: 1/5 Stars I had a terrible experience at this Subway inside the Pilot truck stop. I waited patiently as the sixth person in line to order two rotisserie-style chicken salad bowls. Because English is not my first language, I made sure to repeat my order four times so there would be no misunderstanding. Instead of showing basic patience, the staff chuckled, mocked my accent, and assumed I was Russian. To make matters worse, they only made one bowl. When I reminded them that I had ordered two, they refused to prepare the second one and rudely told me that if I wanted it, I would have to go to the back of the line and wait all over again because other people were behind me. The team was unprofessional, unwelcoming, and completely disrespectful. Treating paying customers—especially non-native English speakers—this way is unacceptable. Avoid this location if you expect decent service.

  Very Disappointing Service This is the third time I’ve visited Pilot’s Subway, and once again I was told by a staff member that they were closed for 30 minutes. What’s even more frustrating is that 30 minutes earlier, I was told the exact same thing. This kind of repeated negligence and poor communication is extremely disappointing, especially for a busy truck stop where customers depend on the food service being available during posted hours. If the Subway is going to be closed, the staff should clearly communicate the actual reopening time instead of repeatedly telling customers to wait another 30 minutes. Very poor customer service and a frustrating experience.

  If I could give this store a zero I would. They were out of EVERYTHING white bread only. The lobby was absolutely disgusting 🫣 and to top it off, the lady that started making my sandwich literally stopped and said it was her break and she will be back in a half hour. So the other guy that was outside having a cigarette came in and had to wash his hands for 10 minutes then came and finished my sandwich. They are not owned by Subway and it shows horribly

  Got here at 10:04 pm and they just closed even though they advertise open 24 hours..waste of gas waste of time… avoid this location…
