  Stayed here on the way back home to Louisiana after I had been in a trucking accident that put me in a neck brace. Staff super friendly, but when we got to the hotel room the AC was barely blowing out any air at all and was super hard to sleep because it was stuffy and hot all night.

  Booked a room after a long day of diving, room wasn't cheep for the type of place it is. Ac didn't work, the room wasn't cleaned from the previous person, food still in trash can and an adult iteam left on the floor in plain sight. Also the room was way away from the front office. Lastly the bed was uncomfortable and The toilet is the size of a kids training potty.

  This isn't a hotel, technically. It's a motel situated on a sprawling campus. Is that bad? Absolutely not. The checking was pleasant and quick. The room was clean and comfortable, although a little dark. Not a big deal. There's a. Pretty good restaurant on the premises, but that's also where they serve breakfast and it a LONG walk from some of the rooms. Again, not a problem, just be aware of it. It was a pleasant stay and if I'm passing through again, I plan on staying here.

  Website has misleading information. Said heated pool and hot tub were open and that was not the case. Both were empty and not usable. Workout room is tiny and sauna is just a wood box with electric heaters inside of the tiny "work out room". Was boasted as the best steak in town but the prime rib special was not worth the price. Very bland, chewy, and even the au jus had no flavor. Room was ok. Only got decaf coffee and when i went to the office to get regular was just given more decaf. Staff was friendly and nice. Breakfast was good, nice buffet.

  This hotel’s policy is discriminatory and appears to violate the ADA. A guest with a trained PTSD service animal should not be forced into a pet-friendly room, because service animals are not pets and cannot be segregated from other guests based on disability-related use. My sister, who served our country and relies on a highly trained PTSD service animal, was told the animal had to stay in a “pet-friendly” room. That is unacceptable and deeply disrespectful. Hotels are required to make reasonable accommodations and treat guests with service animals like any other guest, without extra restrictions or special placement. Policies like this send the message that people with disabilities are an afterthought. Staff should be trained on service-animal rights and federal accessibility requirements so this does not happen to anyone else.
