    Fantastic customer service! I think the most important thing is that this location has a new owner, Dave and he's an example of how to run a local business. We needed help with an issue that was completely out of the norm and a problem that was NOT his to solve. When we explained what was happening he went way out of his way to help us. I mean WAY out of his way. Please support this store and the staff. Highly Recommend - 10 out of 5 stars! Thank You Dave - and extended team!!!

    I went to a FedEx Office Store in Cheyenne to ship a package because I had FedEx Home label. I needed help with packing and staff at FedEx said they couldn’t help me. Very disappointing. So I went to this UPS Store and they were more than willing to help me. And they did. So refreshing to see people and a company willing to help. Huge thumbs up to Dave and his staff!!
