  We had a medicine delivery that needed to be signed for that the delivery driver made impossible for us to receive. He does not ring the doorbell or knock when delivering on any of the multiple attempts made, nor does he accept the signed sheets for if delivery is missed. Customer service as well as all other stores just kept passing me off to other places saying they couldn’t do anything about it now or in the future. The only solution they offered was to pay extra (about double) to do a pick up instead of delivery. This was never an issue when we had our own center in Laramie but since they closed it and now work out of Cheyenne, I have not had a single delivery without problems. Especially if it’s something vitally important like medicine, please do not use this company if they have to deliver out of Cheyenne, they are not dependable and they do not follow their own protocols.

  I would personally like to thank the female that worked on 7/20 from around 3-5:30pm that has the bull nosed piercing and the double bottom lip piercings. You showed how much of an unclassy behemoth you were to my almost 60 year old mother who went to return things for me because I’m unable to walk. You are truly a miserable human who gave a miserable experience. I hope you get fired.

  I myself has had a bad experience with dropping my packages off at this location, but this time around it was different, I had a young knowledgeable employee help me today! Thank you young man for your help today. Great customer service!
