  Online Subway App Delivery Order. The order was a Steak Philly Footlong. But instead, I received a salad bowl. Once I got the delivery notification, I opened the bag, and when I realized the error, I tried calling the store multiple times, but no one answered the phone. It sounds like the phone is disconnected. I tried calling Subway Customer Service, but the number online does not work either, so I used the mobile chat box option, but that only told me that I would be getting an email that I have not received yet.

  Literally the worst experience by the two young ladies that worked there. I was ordering lunch for my crew and myself around 1:30. I was the only customer there until one gentleman came in after me. I let him go ahead of myself considering I would be ordering several sandwiches. The two ladies that work there acted like it was an inconvenience that I was ordering several sandwiches. One was barking at me to tell her topping while simultaneously the other was barking "what sandwich is next, what bread" yeah and of course they missed a sandwich and were frantic while also being rude to me. They slapped the sandwiches together in obvious frustration as a couple other people came in and then as they were finishing up they made me wait to check out and get the sandwich they missed until they made their orders and finished those. I had to go through each sandwich to verify which one was which. If they were my employees I would fire them and I have fired people for that arrogant and rude behavior to customers. They really should be ashamed of themselves. Oddly enough I feel bad for them. They could've received a $20 tip but missed out on that. Avoid this particular Subway at all costs. If I could give a zero star I would. Absolutely ridiculous.

  Stopped here for dinner during a road trip. They were not busy and my order was made quickly and was made accurately. Food tasted good no complaints.

  Clean, employee was very respectful and food was freshly made no issues go few times a month...

  Bread was stale and had a hard end. The service was great, prices were great.
