  I ordered a toasted 6 inch sandwich, which was not toasted as Cheese was not melted. the service was poor so was her attitude.

  The lady working told me they were out of bread. I said "there's bread sitting right behind you". She said "that just came out of the oven" and she was refusing to touch it for 15 minutes. The irony here is that they toast subs all day and touch those when they're hot. I've never seen this behavior anywhere.

  Just waited 5 minutes for the guy to come out from back. He put on gloves and started my sandwich, then said "hang on" and answered his phone with his gloves still on. Unsanitary, disgusting, bad service.

  Very rude and tuna all over the boards I couldn't even order because of that plus wouldn't of anyways had hair down and not put up..... very disgusting when I asked if there allowed to wear hair down she got rude I managed 2 resraunts for more then 10 years I'm not stupid.... She got offended and was down right rude owner owns all restraunts in town well not return to any in town very sad

  I went to 580 Livingston Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82007 a few months ago to do some shopping with my son. We stopped into the Subway there and got a couple of sandwiches. They were made OK and the person helping us did fine. I give one star for the food and one star for the service. I have to remove THREE stars for the FILTHY store. Every single available table was just filthy with crumbs and food particles. Even the carpet in front of the meat, cheese and vegetable toppings glass display was covered with filthy crumbs and food particles. They only had one person working in the store. I had to clean my own table with the paper napkins that I had to ask to get some. After a few minutes I noticed three employees returning and then they all left for break or something. They NEVER cleaned any tables and never cleaned the filthy carpet. MINUS one star for filthy table. MINUS one star for filthy carpet. MINUS one star for lazy employees who did NOT clean a thing. This reflects very badly on the stores around you Subway.
