Exceptional Service! Dominic and His Fiancée Are Absolute Rockstars!
I rarely write reviews, but the incredible service I received at the Subway inside the Cheyenne Pilot at 10:30 PM completely blew me away.
For the past week, my wife had been craving a Subway tuna sandwich. We actually stopped at a location in Laramie earlier, but they were completely out of tuna, which totally broke her heart. I promised her, "Don't worry, we'll get you that tuna sandwich." When we pulled up to the Cheyenne location, it looked like we were out of luck again—the location was short-staffed and out of almost all their veggies and ingredients.
That’s when a young man named Dominic completely went above and beyond. Instead of just turning me away, he went to the back, found the very last bag of tuna, and made a brand-new, fresh batch right then and there just so my wife could finally get her sandwich. His amazing attitude and willingness to help brought the biggest smile to both of our faces. It was, by far, the best experience I have ever had at any Subway.
To make the experience even better, a wonderful young woman who works at the Pilot was hanging out by the counter. I happened to tell her the whole story about my wife's week-long craving, and she proudly smiled and told me that Dominic was actually her fiancé! She had the exact same amazing energy—super kind, incredibly respectful, and just a joy to talk to.
This young power couple is a rare find in customer service today. They represent both Subway and Pilot beautifully, they made our entire night, and they both absolutely deserve a raise! Thank you, Dominic!
