Great service and quick. Their prices are very competitive with USPS and UPS. Nice to avoid the long lines at USPS.

Delivery driver has not nocked on my door or rang my doorbell when i was home, they immediately put a tag on my door. called the service department and they suggested i add delivery suggestions for ringing the door bell or knocking loudly... these people are being trained to insult our intelligence.

Did not give me any options for a package that needed a signature. As a college student, I cannot be home waiting around for a package!
