  Had a very very expensive package I was waiting for i was on the couch watching the news nobody knocked or rang the door bell I watched them on the camera I was trying to get down the stairs she walked up slapped the sticker on the door and then literally jogged down the sidewalk back to your truck I got to the end of my driveway and she was taking off Shannon at the casper wy location is a bare minimum employee and even less than that she didn't even do her job literally the only job she has to do try to be better at anything I say try because I don't think that you'll be able to do it laziness is a disease in my opinion

  The associate assisting us was very kind, patient, and informative. Everything went smoothly and our package was ready to go out in just a few minutes.

  Very knowledgeable about passports and pictures! So very friendly! The manager was busy, but she helped out. Highly recommend for pictures for passports!
