  Ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks online and arrived to pick up my order at 7:50pm, app said my order was ready but the door was locked and 1 person was in there working and came through the back saying they are closed because she didn’t feel well, asked how to get my money back then and she doesn’t know. so now out of the food i ordered and my money and can’t even get a refund through the app.

  Ordered food online, My app tells me the order is done, I get here and they are closed? This has happened before. So now I’m out my money and my food. Wonderful service Also it’s 8pm and they close at 11pm So if that is not correct then it needs to be updated

  There is only one worker there at this location and she is doing her best to keep up with everyone that is there and she has no help. She can’t even get all the ingredients to make most of the sandwiches and she was wonderful and me my fiancé and nephew was really patient with her and she did her best and I just want to know why she is the only one there to make everything. And the worse part she is new and don’t know all the sandwiches yet and trying her hardest to get it all done and make everything right. That girl needs the biggest raise and not to mention that because she doesn’t have help there is a lot of CROSS CONTAMINATION there because she is the only one there and needs the HELP.

  Bread was dry and overcooked ,barely any sauce.. there are 3 subways in Weirton... Dont choose this one.

  Very unprofessional and can’t make a sandwich correctly. Would not recommend. One family members sandwich made their stomach upset within 30 minutes of eating.
