    Edit: Absolutely irritated that our tracking wasn't updated for two days and now our package won't arrive until tomorrow. Terrible. And this isn't the first issue we've had.

    A UPS worker named Frank did not print out a receipt for me for an Amazon return and as a result, the system shows there is no return so I did not get my refund. He claimed he had no idea what happened to the receipt and that he could not print another one out. Unacceptable service.
