  Being at a hospital location, having family members up all night, exhausted, upset, emotionally and physically drained, the staff could be less rude. The young man that checked my mother out was awful. I asked if they were still open at 515p (the close at 6p) the guy says, "yeah, What do you want". We go to ask a question about the new advertised sandwich and he rudely said "it's not good, what else do you want". We get my mom a 6inch sandwich and he needs to learn his manners. I have not been more disappointed in subways service than I was here.
