  I have 5 lines. The lady here wanted me to add another line to get a free phone. I don't need another line and also 5 lines is the most you can get. She never logged into my account and wouldn't listen to what I wanted. Was very hostile. I tried to leave because I was getting aggravated and she kept yelling at me as I was trying to leave. Horrible experience.
