  The employees are super nice. Service was nice. Unfortunately, I am not sure their procedures for prep and cooking their bread. Being a previous employee of another Subway, I know it shouldn't look undercooked on the bottom, dried out, and hard. It might be they didn't spritz the water on them this time. Or over night storing too much air exposure, it just that It's tasting like yesterday's day old hard bread. Buying a dozen cookies, we so disappointing - they too were so hard you could not bite into them. As for the footlong mint cookie - I don't think this is their issue, but I won't buy this again as it was difficult to swallow, too dry, crumbles so badly you might want to use a spoon.

  Ordered online. When I went to pick it up my food was cold and my sandwich was hard on the ends. I normally don’t have a problem there but today the service and food was awful.
