Constantly getting orders wrong and always seem to be annoyed when you ask them to correct and still get order wrong after telling them.

My order has been wrong on the last 4 subs that I have gotten at this location. I order in the drive through and specify no onions on my sub and every time there have been onions and once tomatoes as well were added to my subs. Each time I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub with sweet onion sauce and black olives and my subs have been made without any sauce and had onions added to it.

Please consider this review before giving anyone working on May 15, 2026 a raise.
Staff needs training on empathy and how to treat the elderly. They were extremely rude to a woman just because they could. Not everyone working with people, are fit to work with people. We all have bad days but we must learn how to refrain from taking it out on others.

Just had to cancel my order and walk out of the store .I ordered a 6 inch club sub and this is the second time it happened they only put two slices of ham two slices of turkey and one slice of roast beef there are supposed to be three slices of ham three slices of turkey and 2 to 4 slices roast beef you won't be going back there ever again. Very very dissatisfied.
