  Ordered food online. Subs were finished on time but they didn't even put the cookies in the oven until we arrived so our subs sat for 45 minutes and became ice cold then it took them over 30 minutes to get our cookies done and then they placed them in a bag hot and squashed them all together. I reached out to customer service to get it fixed and all I got was an oh I'm sorry, there was no offer to fix it in store at the time and was just told oh we have a new person training. I feel it should've been fixed at the time and since it wasn't the customer service should've at least tried to fix it but they didn't even offer. It was more of an oh sorry we didn't meet your expectations but deal with it. Wouldn't recommend.
