  Maybe my medicine from the VA will show up eventually. They delivered it to the wrong address again. Fed ex is cheaper, but I wish the VA would use UPS.

  It's actually rather bad. The delivery drive is good, that delivers to my house. I don't have anything negative to say about him. The Fedex website is awful and deserves 0 stars. Very poor programming, extremely poor. I have to login twenty times to get logged in and generally, I don't get logged in at all. Often, the site wants to send you codes, constantly, to log in, although you enter the codes, they keep sending them to you because they don't work. Then when I finally do get to the delivery map, 9 out of 10 times, it gives a no banner message. It's just extremely bad website. I suspect they need more delivery drivers. Most the time I don't receive delivery until after 2:30 and at this moment, it is 4pm and still have not received my package. It's not the driver, it's the lack of drivers, lack of good programmers, and I have noticed, more packages coming by way of UPS. Fedex has really gone down hill in the last several years.

  terrible customer service, automated voice is useless and only in place so they can tire you out and not have to talk to you and actually fix anything. after multiple calls for failed delivery (and lies) and fighting the machine we were put through to a person who greeted us and immediately hung up.

  A half dozen packages not delivered to my business. West Virginia Attorney Generals Consumer Complain division contacted and complaint form filed. They are recommending I file police reports due to the volume of undelivered packages to Jackson County. DO NOT USE FEDEX PARKERSBURG

  Carrier van scanned package just to take it for a ride today. Waiting another day for my package. Ridiculous. Back in my day, when we got a package in terminal, it was delivered that day or it was considered a failure. I suppose Fedex is okay with failure now.
