  Don't do it added 2 lines on my wife's phone the e Sim would not activate and when I went into the store the employee could not figure it out he then suggested I cancel the line since I'd did not work and we agreed he told us to reach out to corporate for a refund since the store and online services were separated turns out he was not supposed to cancel it and now I can not get a refund paid 86$ for 1 phone to work and 1 to be useless horrible business

  James said he couldn't upgrade my phone, was rude, and spitt the whole time. I went home went to the Vienna store the next day and they were very nice and helpful. They upgraded my phone and sent me back over to James to get my phone where it was in stock. We got there instantly he told me they done it wrong, then decided that it was done right, he then was irritated about putting the screen protector on for me. Again spitting the entire time. He took the sims from my old phone and never put the sim tray back in my phone. Called the next day and the nice lady from Vienna was there and luckily found it on the floor by the trash. Caused me 3 days of driving in town for a simple transaction.

  We just switched to Cricket tonight. James was very knowledgeable & quickly answered all of our questions. This has been the smoothest experience we have ever had when dealing with cell phone carriers. Thanks so much!
