  I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by Morgan. She was very friendly and very helpful. She got the parts I needed in a timely manner and also carried my merchandise out to my car even though I told her that I could get them. She changed my wipers and had a smile on her face the whole time she helped me. Employees like Morgan are hard to find these days. I had a very good experience simply because Morgan got the parts I needed and just because she was so helpful I bought wipers for my wife’s car. Keep up the good work Morgan! You are an awesome person! Thank you!

  False advertisement. Website says this location had a deal on oil change, yet the store refuses to honor their own ad. Employee said the $20 savings is not true. **editing to point out that the owner doesn't even know where this store is. Apparently the incompetence doesn't stop at the bridgeport store.

  Stopped at the Nutter Fort Advanced Auto Parts for key fob batteries, and they went ahead and changed them for me without me even asking. Thought that was pretty great. Went back a week later for windshield wipers… and they put those on too. Again, without me asking. Parking is easy, it’s simple to pull in and out, there’s a gas station right across the street, and a tire shop right beside it—so you can knock out a bunch of errands in one stop. Super friendly, super helpful, and they actually care about their customers. Highly recommend.
