  Stopped to get my boyfriend and I a sandwich for dinner didn’t feel very welcome I felt like I was a inconvenience even being in there the girl ( Brittany I believe was her name) kept huffing like o great I have to do something else a few things I asked for she didn’t have up front and that upset her that she had to go get it but that’s not my fault all that probably should have been stocked up front then when she checked me out she asked if I wanted my receipt I said no thank u and she just walked away didn’t say anything else to me no have a good day or thanks for coming literally Just walked away from me I just felt so uncomfortable And not sure I’ll go back there

  Normally my family enjoys their food and the two ladies are always nice . As well as always give great customer service. Well the complete opposite just occurred tonight. The gentleman working was at his laptop sitting on a chair as we came in the door. (Should've walked back out at that point.) So I walk up to the counter where her was standing. (By the protein) . Never once was a greeting offered or given. I actually had to ask the employee was he ready. Gave him my order. As he was placing the cheese onto the sandwich, I noticed it looked as if the stack was melted together. So I asked if he could grab a fresh container out of the cooler because that one looked melted together. At the point he slams the the cheese in the container and walks away. Long story short. Wasn't pleased .

  So good. Ask for recommendations from employees and they will befriend you. I belive the workers name was Ethan he was always so kind to us.

  Came here on 2-6-26, food and service was good. The poor employee was all by herself! It get it's gonna happen but to have all those responsibilities on ONE person is ridiculous ( I seen the To do list from the counter on the what looked like the walkin Fridge) I wanted to give the girl a tip but apparently this Subway doesn't let their employees get tips. I HOPE BFS pays them well and above minimum wage because if not that's crappy. I felt bad for the poor girl.
