  If I could leave a no star review I would. So it started off with both the manager Taylor and the employee Ike with attitudes. My friend was in there trying to get a new phone and add a line to her account. Well when the interaction started both of them had attitudes from my friend asking questions. When Ike proceeded to become rude to my friend I told him he isn't going to speak to her like that. AT which point he charged around the counter towards me loud and aggressively. He then charged towards my friend in the same manner. We have been trying to get in contact with a member of management so that we can have a discussion about the incident. And no one has gotten back to either of us. I find it extremely upsetting as a cricket customer for many years to be treated with such disrespect. Taylor is refusing to give any contact information for the district manager and that the district manager sees nothing wrong with what happened.

  Ike from the Suncrest Towne center charged at me telling me to LEAVE HIS STORE. After being nothing but rude!! Him and the "manager" Taylor are the most unprofessional people I've ever met! I have the video of the employee charging me as well. It will be handled with the local police department as well. Do not go there!! Worst service I've ever had!

  We had such a positive experience with Taiilor today! We’ve had an issue with autopay for months. We’ve called customer service and they were not able to help. We went into the Granville store and the woman there was not helpful at all. She just kept cutting me off saying I needed to call my credit card company. So we called them, and there was no problem on their end. Today we went into the Suncrest location and had a much better experience! We explained the problem to Taiilor and she was able to fix it in 30 seconds! She was very pleasant and kind and answered many other questions we had. She made adding a line and getting a new phone easy. Highly recommend this location!

  We were very impressed with the speed, knowledge, and pleasant attitude of the employee. The price can’t be beat, Taiilor was very helpful, and we walked out in a better attitude than we came in with.
