Normally I come to this subway a lot and I’ve never had any issues until today. We placed an online order for 3 subs and came about 15 minutes after it said it would be ready to make sure the worker making them had enough time incase they were busy because of today’s Appalachian Echos event. The second we walk in to pick them up the worker asks us if we had an online order we say yes and she very rudely asked us what the name was twice, practically threw the bag at us and told us to have a good day. My friend was with me and also needed a sub and the worker basically rushed her through what she wanted and then when she asked for Lettuce and she stated they didn’t have any which would be fine but she didn’t even tell us she was out when she handed us our online order (none of which had lettuce and no banana peppers on one of our subs that was supposed to have them). So if you get subs here make sure the blonde teenager isn’t the one who makes it. Other than this one experience all the other workers are super kind and respectful

This is the worst Subway I've ever been to. My last visit I stood in line for 20 minutes for only 3 customers with small subs ahead of me. When it was my turn to order the girl acts like I didn't even exist and starts making some other order. Frustrated, I just left. Very poor service. I would imagine the owner wouldn't appreciate an employee running their customers off. Save yourself the hassle and skip this Subway.
