  Same workers for years that are like family. So nice and quick! One day I didn't have tape they package my stuff up for me. Best UPS store around!

  Had a return from an online retailer. It was quick and easy, in and out in a hurry. The best part was that the staff was wonderful. Welcoming and up beat! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

  Very rude management and front desk maids are absolutely wonderful and considerate and very clean rooms, but like I said, they would not accommodate anyone with coffee or creamer and they did not have a sign saying how much creamer we could use or how many copies we could have ! And confronted me on the amount of creamers that I used I will be trying to contact corporate over this, but other than that thank you very much for your stay. I will not be coming back to this hotel just because of the rudeness.

  Took calling nine times just to reach someone, was put on hold and then was hung up on. Called back a tenth time and the person who picked up was rude and short with me. They are always behind by weeks and seem to be understaffed. If you’re going off my experience, I suggest going somewhere else. They used to be my go to place but I’m moving on now.
